Join us on December 5 at 8.30pm at the Saint-Lô theater for the show "Zaï Zaï" with the monthly collective.

Zaï Zaï is the story of Nicolas, who can?t find his loyalty card at the supermarket checkout. Caught by a security guard, he flees armed with a leek. And so begins an absurd, delirious road-movie. Hunted by the police and the media, Nicolas becomes public enemy number 1, a symbol of a new freedom, a media darling and a martyr caught in a game beyond his control. Based on Fabcaro?s comic strip Zaï Zaï Zaï, Collectif Mensuel offers
an exploration of composite, offbeat theater. Here, the old-fashioned charm of the photo-novel, the electric energy of live performance, the whimsical freedom of the comic strip, the meticulousness of sound effects and the pleasure of acting all come together at a furious tempo. He depicts
a portrait of a society on its last legs, where information overload rhymes with disinformation, and constant media coverage sometimes stifles thought. Here's something to breathe new life into it!
