"Michel plays poker in secret from his wife. He has just lost 12,000? to a Sicilian mafioso. The mobster arrives to claim his prize, and Michel, in front of his wife, passes him off as a friend from the regiment. To his amazement, Yolande invites him to dinner that very evening. The evening promises to be eventful, with a suspicious cop and a completely deaf father-in-law. Dinner is served by a Portuguese maid who's always in a bad mood. And the more Michel lies, the deeper he gets into the lie. One dramatic turn after another. How is Michel going to get out of this situation?
